The project aims to blend timeless elegance with contemporary functionality, creating a space that resonates with the couple's dynamic lifestyle while capturing the essence of American architectural heritage. Architectural Design: The architectural design of the home features clean lines, geometric forms, and a seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces. The exterior boasts a traditional gabled roofline paired with modern materials such as sleek stucco finishes, natural stone accents, and expansive glass windows that flood the interior with natural light. A welcoming front porch and a cozy backyard patio offer inviting outdoor living spaces, perfect for enjoying the surrounding landscape. Interior Design: Inside, the interior design achieves a balance of warmth and sophistication, with an open-concept layout and high-quality finishes throughout. The kitchen and dining area is characterized by an airy ambiance, with a neutral color palette complemented by rich wood accents and vibrant pops of color. Large windows frame picturesque views and create a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.

Originally a simple apartment studio, we've transformed this space into a stylish haven, embracing the raw beauty of concrete textures from floor to ceiling. As you step inside, you're greeted by an atmosphere that blends modern comfort with urban edge. The walls are adorned with concrete finishes, creating a bold industrial backdrop that sets the tone for the entire space. The open-plan layout maximizes the studio's space, with carefully curated furnishings that reflect the industrial theme. A comfortable seating area invites guests to relax and unwind, while large windows flood the space with natural light, offering views of the bustling city below.

Designing the perfect home for a dynamic, high-achieving couple in the heart of Teuku Umar, Jakarta Pusat presents an exciting challenge. With the area protected by Cagar Budaya law, our project must honor local heritage while reflecting the modern lifestyle of our clients. Our architectural vision merges timeless elegance with contemporary functionality. The facade, influenced by the area's cultural heritage, features traditional slanted roof and materials, seamlessly integrated with sleek, modern elements of the walls. This fusion not only respects the local context but also adds a unique charm to the streetscape. Inside, the home will be a sanctuary of luxury and efficiency. Open-plan living areas will foster connectivity, while private spaces offer retreat and relaxation. Natural light will flood through carefully positioned windows, creating a sense of spaciousness and warmth. Ultimately, our goal is to craft a home that not only meets the needs of our clients but also becomes a treasured part of Teuku Umar's architectural legacy.
